How to show only record with data

Dear all



i have a table of 3 fields

Apple
Banna
Pear

User has to select the quantity that they want can fill all three of them

I have around 100 customers and i am going to invoice them with the quantity that input

For Example
Eric Apple
Banna
Pear
Apple 1
Banna 2
Pear 0
Can i should only Apple and Banna ?


Peter
Apple 0
Banna 2
Pear 0

Can i should only Banna ?

On the same report , as this belongs to same company

How can i do it ?

you said 3 fields, ....did you mean 3 records?
because you would not have fields like this...it would be 1 field, product, and have 3 records.

To solve your problem, youd have a temp table.
add all product items that are sold, to it,
PRODUCT, QTY

the user would enter the qty, then click save,
this would add ONLY the items with Qty > 0 to the data table. (append query)
