I can't send the database but I think I can explain the issue I am having. If you look at the report in post #1 you can see that the detail information on the main report was repeating several times. This was because I had multiple records for the same company and my Record Source was not setup properly. I changed the Record Source from using all the fields in the detail (MTF, ContractNum, TaskOrder,CLIN,LaborCat,Coverage, Clinical Area) to only 3 fields.

My new Record Source is now working correctly and I am getting only 1 unique record per Contractor using Select DISTINCT with ContractNun,TaskOrder,CLIN. But that created another problem.

My problem now is that since I do not have the remaining fields in my Record Source, they are not displaying in the detail section under each header label. These are MTF, LaborCat, Coverage,ClinicalArea. When I tried adding them to the end of my Select DISTINCT statement is changes the results.

SO how can I get these 4 data fields to display if I can't put them in my Records Source.

    1) Display the same line multiple times, one for each value, hide duplicate values
or 2) Put them on a subreport
