Macro error when trying to open new form based on selection

hello I am trying to set up these form so that when you click the ticket number. Another form opens to that record so that it can be edited. However I am getting this error can you please help? I've tried google and different variations of the not isnull statement. It works fine if I click on the field without the ticket number.

[Ticket Numb] is a text type field. Need apostrophe delimiters.

    "[Ticket Numb] = '" & [Ticket Numb] & "'"
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
