I successfully made hyperlink within a form to open another form in dialog. But I want the dialog form to be in datasheet view. I tried changing defaultview to datasheet but when i click on the hyperlink it doesnt open in datasheet view

fixed it by setting it to tabular view

Just curious..... Why are you using a hyperlink instead of the Docmd.OpenForm command???
