On what basis is this decision made? You could show only the group header if there is one, you could fix your record source so they don't show... Need more details.

    Ho aytee111.

We have 3 products (A, and C) witch are transported by us.
I have a table with the scanned products by piece and by customer.
Then with a query I count the pieces per customer.
Togerher with the table with the routes to ride for our cars, we make a report.

The details of the report ar the customers per route in the sequence of unloading.
And there is a column with the count of product A, B and C per customer.

Now I want to be modify the report.
For instance: when a customer only has 1 product. Or we can't ride to the customer for some reason. Then I want to be able to remove the customer from the report.
Also I want to be able to fill in (or overwrite) the counts of the product. Sometimes we count by hand becouse there are no barcodes.

Your last point is stating that you want to intervene manually, the query is created but you don't want the results, you want to change some things based on human intervention.

If a customer only has one product, the query can make that a criteria (count > 1)
If you can't ride to the customer, is there anything on the table(s) that can tell you that, or is that done by a human being?
If there are no barcodes, is that on a table somewhere, or is it purely human beings?

If you want to change the query results, I suggest that you
    - change your query into a make-table query and make a temporary table of the results of the query
    - create a form based on that table, add a check box for selecting/removing records from the report, allow changes to quantities, etc.
    - allow users to come to this form and make those changes
    - base your report on this temporary table instead of on the query

Hi Aytee, This is realy helpfull!

I made the make table from the query and get the right information in a table. I can make changes to the quantities etc.

Question about your second point "add a check for selecting/removing records from the report":
Can you give me some tips how to do this?
