    Requery

    Dear all

I have a problem with the REQuery

Lname and Fname , and a run query to trigger a query based on the input of Lname

After trying the 2nd time , the query need to "refresh"into to get the right answer

Try leaving the Control Name blank. I'm guessing that because the Lname text box is just showing a field from the record set of the form that you need to requery the form, not the textbox.

I am going to guess that you do not exit out of the Lname field before clicking the button so the new Lname is not being recognized. Try putting your cursor into Fname before clicking the button and see if this makes a difference.
