    Reference to MS Outlook 15.0 vs 16.0

    probably a dumb question (or at least I need a dumb kind of answer (a quick web search left me spinning))



    When running code on my laptop with Windows 10 (Outlook 2016 MSO365) a library reference to Microsoft Outlook 16.0 is required; however, while on my desktop, running Windows 7 pro (Outlook Pro+ 2013) Microsoft 15.0 needed... and they don't seem to be playing well together... one wants one, and the other wants the other. Does this make any sense? Is there a work-around?

    Is this the instance where finally need to lean about early vs. late binding?

    At the bottom of the page of the link RG provided are two more links for more detailed late binding (they say INFO -) that are broken.
