How do I query and add percentages?

I'd like to have a form that has a subquery on it. I have a table on it like the one below. I'd like to search for an item number and show only records with that item # associated, as well as provide a percentage column for the qty per field. How would I go about doing this?

Search: A481

Item #	Ingredient	Qty Per	Percentage
A481	226547	35	??
A481	244513	12	??
A481	226588	60	??

Textbox in form or report footer with expression: =Sum([fieldname])

Textbox in detail section with expression: =Round([fieldname]/footer textbox name * 100,0)

I've built a query for this. I got the column to total itself. How do I add a column that column to provide percentages? =Forms![Tbl_Formulas]![Qty Per]/"100" isn't working.
