Problem with data import

Dear all



I have a excel file that imported to Access, named Registration. Around1,300 records

After woking with a while, i found there is some updated, try to appended but fail, as the record remain the same as 1,300
not new record just some data is changed

Then i deleted all data and import the same file. however, it said error unable to overwrite.

is there anything went wrong ?!

What should be the correct way to update my databased.

As i will link others table or forms when i work on it

try linking the table as an external table,
then run an append query.

Besides, once we link the file, we would not edit in Access. unable to unlink !
