    Exporting with formatting

Hi- I am trying to export about 100 queries from an access database into various excel files. EAch excel file has three queries, and each query must be exported into one tab. So there are 3 tabs per file and each tab corresponds to a query. I'm exporting thru an access macro. I would like to export the formatting from access into my excel file, however, the excel export is very crude- not at all what I see in access. I tried the "export with formatting" option and it works for one tab per file...i am not skilled with vba, and neither is my colleague. is there a way to export with formatting given my parameters above?

So far as I know 'export with formatting' just means per the format property of the relevant field. If it is not set, you will just get the data 'as it really is'. So you need to ensure your fields are formatted as you require (or in a query use the format property for each column). If you have a query formatted in a form it will have no impact at all. I don't use macro's so don't know whether that has an impact
