    I know it's been a while but I think I have a viable version. After several version updates, I'm up to V8, I'm using junction tables to alleviate the repetitive data entry as Micron had suggested in post #24. I tried to use just one junction table to enter all the data but I still had a lot of repetitive data entry and it quickly became overwhelming. So I eventually ended up using the Model, Model Year and Series as part of the junctions with each of the other options. The relationships look like a massive spider web but it all works. I'm able to use the cascading combos and filter by the Model, Model Year and Series which will alleviate the data entry errors and minimizes the numerous selection options. I still have some work to do on it but at least I believe I'm on the right track. Thank you all for your help.
