    Aytee111,
Hi, I worked with your example to adjust the other blank fields in the database I am working with. Thanks for posting it. I noticed that the OrgMailingAddress was deleted. Is there a reason why you did that? I know that label's have to be converted to textboxes to facilitate CanShrink and CanGrow properties. Please advise. Thanks.

As I said, I removed the one label for the address. The one I left had the example for you to follow for all your other labels. Create labels as you see fit.

Understood Aytee111. I created additional labels (textboxes) as you advised. Issues arise when changed label to a textbox. First it becomes unbound, I associate to the a field in the field list. All is well. Until, I save and close the report and reopen. Upon reopening, I'm asked for a parameter value. I looked that up for a solution.

Made changes as advised since I didn't add anything to the control source in the report property sheet. In the middle of working this out.

As the link says, you have referenced a field that Access does not recognize. It can be anywhere, in the query, in a control source, in code, in a macro. It is something that you recently added so should be easy to find.
