Access sharing on Network

Dear all,

I have made a database on Access and want to share on network (in house company server)

My team got around 20 persons, i wonder if this is viable to be share/update at the same time with all memebers.I also need to use the databased outside the office, i need to put it on the Cloud perhaps

Any suggestion can be offer ?
