    Monthly dates.

I wish to print a monthly report. At the moment the user inserts the first day of the month and then the last day of the month and gets the report. Is there any way to just type the months name (or number) and access retrieves the start and end day of the month automatically please?? Thanks.

Create a calculated field in the query to extract the month number from your date field. Something like:

    FilterMonth: Month([NameOfYourDateField])

Then enter criteria on this column
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
