Hi, I am trying to build a inventory management system in Microsoft Access, however I would appreciate some help on how to do this:
We have several different types of inventory, and I will need to be able to create new types of inventory as this change.
I imagine a form with: Inventory_Item, Inventory_Description
The inventory I need to track is not being sold - so I just need to know how many pcs we have at each location.
The pcs are moved around a lot, so I believe it will be easiest to create a transaction form with:
Inventory_Item, Location_From, Location_To, Inventory_Amount_Moved, Date_Moved, Todays_date, Employee.
I will also need to add new locations, so a form for location: Location_Name
How do I create a report or a form that will show me Location1, Inventory_Item "Product A", Location1, Inventory Item "Product B", Location2, Inventory_Item "Product A" etc...
