    Would have to make copy and remove stuff not needed for the issue - no forms, no reports, no code, reduce number of records, run compact and repair.

    projmast.dbf is the one we are using to pull all the other databases

    all the other linked databases are in .dbf5 format

    "Actual Installation Backlog Query" is the title of query we are trying to get working. The column formatting is correct, just not the data.

    I have no idea how projmast.dbf would 'pull' other databases.

    I have Access 2010 and can't link to dbf files, or if it is possible I don't want to figure out how. You would have to import records to Access tables.
