Using a Word to prompt and action

I am very new to Access, but I love it so far. I have learned so much in just a few days. I am in the process of making a form/database for my ETSY vintage shop. I am looking to be able to change the background color or the text color when I mark something as sold. I made a STATUS field that shows "not listed", "listed" and "SOLD". When "SOLD" is chosen, I would like for the background color or the text to change for the whole row so that I can see that item is sold at a glance of my spreadsheet. Hopefully, this isn't just a pipe dream and it can actually be accomplished. If anyone knows a way to do this, I would be greatly appreciative.

Easy in a form, look at Conditional Formatting on the ribbon (after selecting one or more textboxes).

Thank you so much pbaldy!! It took me a little while to realize that I needed to go to "Format" on the top ribbon and then click on the "Form" dropdown menu under the tab ribbon and then I clicked on the field name that I wanted to format. After that, the program prompted me with what to do. It is amazing what this program can do and how easy it is for this only mediocre techy to use.
