How can i link the yes/no check box with the yes/no box in the table?

    Hi All,

I'm thinking if access able to do this. If i tick the check box the Yes/No will change to yes.

Is it must do it in query or property sheet?

    Thanks

    Not sure I understand........

    Maybe try this:

Open the form in design view.
Click on the check box control.
    Open the properties sheet
    Click on the DATA tab
Set the Control Source property to the name of the yes/no field in the table. Use the drop down arrow to see the list of fields.
