Create report with common field entry and have another field across page

I am an Access novice, sorry if I get terms wrong.
I have a data base where field 1 has names, field 2 has time points, and several other fields. I would like to design the report to filter out the name based on input(which I have been able to do) and then have the time points across the page from left to right with other fields listed below the time point instead of going down the page. I will also have text boxes to the left with the corresponding fields. This is where my knowledge of Access is not helpful. Is this possible? Kinda like below.

    Timepoint 1 Timepoint2 Timepoint3 Timepoint4
    Text Text Field3 Field3 Field3 Field3
    Text Text Field4 Field4 Field4 Field4
    Text Text Field4 Field4 Field4 Field4
    Text Text Field4 Field4 Field4 Field4

Put the timepoints on to a subreport which will be above the other fields on the main report.
