How to share my form to other users and have it updated automatically?

As mentioned above, i need to create a form so that input from other users can be collected automatically, thanks in advance

Depends what you mean by 'share' Is this db on a network server? Split the database, link the user interface frontend to the data backend. Give each user on the network their own copy of the frontend.
