    Search form

Hi, I have 2 tables tblNotaries and tblCaseInfo which I am going to list below and I intend to make a form to be able to search by using a query. I want the result to be outputted either as non editable form or as a report. Each field is going to be inserted, some as combo boxes and some as textboxes. Can you guide me to a tutorial or a simple way how to do this?

Thanks so much...I was following the instructions and was working well when I had only one field to search...as soon as I copied the Like criteria in another field it started showing me all records...this is what I have so far
