Trying to create a Front-End user database, tried to Spilt and NO Data is there... WHY ?

So i am in the making of a front end user database.

I tried to first spilt me DB into a FE & BE but i ran into a problem. When i begain the database spliting to create the back end, the new DB has no data in it! WHy does this happen?

    Here are screen shots...

AS you can see this is my original DB, 1 thing to mention is taht all of the tables i have are linked in from other servers.. this is the only thing i can think of that is messing me up....

You don't have any tables in your database. It's all linked data. There is nothing to split off.

The database you have is already a front end. Your back end is a SQL Server database.
