Formatting a Summary in a report footer

I have included averages, minimums and maximums in my Summary. They appear on the left of the report in the footer but I have 2 problems. The average has about 20 decimal points and I prefer none but cannot change it. I cannot format the look or add Labels.

Hi. Thanks for responding. I am new to the forum and could not work out how to attach a file to a message. Could I email it perhaps. Sorry I'm a bit of an old boy! John

I changed Format property to Fixed and it works.

    No problem adding labels.
