Next step in database design - Form with Subform?

    Hi,
I am trying to set up the form design for this database.
I've tried several times and only seem to create more problems and questions, so I'm not sure if I have created the correct tables and relationships first.

I would appreciate a little guidance to help get this off the ground.

I've added the access file and sample records in an xl spread sheet.

    Many thanks.

    AFMac,

Here is a link with info on database design and planning.
You have to get your tables and relationships set up to support your requirement before getting into forms etc.
Tables and relationships are critical. All other aspects -forms, reports, queries, interface.... depend on the underlying database structure.

    Good luck.
