Hello,
I linked different tables in Access through an ODBC connection and the tables that are in different languages, Turkish and Vietnamese, will display '#deleted' in the row corresponding to the words that have special characters. I am using Access 2016.

I am not sure if this is related to a language setting or dictionary pack or if I need to add different codding to make it read and display the special characters.
For now, I added all the languages I needed from the language settings in Access but nothing changed.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
The error message when I try to add a new record in the Turkish/Vietnamese table is ' insert statement conflicted with the foreign key constraint'.
I need to mention that the form I am using works for the other languages (spanish, french, german etc) and even for the turkish/vietnamese ones, except for the rows that have special characters.
Those rows will only display #deleted and I cannot manage them in any way: delete/edit.
Thank you!
