    Getting Error when query table

    Hi All
I'm totally new in MS Access and wondering if someone help me out.
When I try to run any query that are using multiple tables joining then I'm getting "Record Deleted" pop up but when everything work fine if I use a single table.
Everything was working fine 2 days ago, but we updated from Access 2007 to Access 16 and after that we are getting this error.
We also tried to downgrade Access 2016 to Access 2007 but still the same error.

I tried to repair database but no luck. I did some research and looks like I need to rebuild index but I'm not sure do I really need to rebuild index or not?. and if yes then what should be the process of rebuilding it. I appreciate if someone help me out. Thanks

Access 16 seems to cause LOTS of bugs.
Try creating a blank 2016 db, then import everything from the old one into the new one.
    (sorry but 2016 is troublesome)
