Simultaneous working on the Excel document in Share Point and linking it to the Access.

I need to organize a concurrent work for the three people on the same Excel document (technically two tables). And I want to link those tables to the Access, so they could be updated automatically after all users finish their work with them. I found that I can link Share Point lists to the Access but how multiple users can edit data in them concurrently? Are there any solutions? Thanks in advance!

or maybe I just should split my database and share back end on the server?
