Information in field is not displaying properly in mail merge

    Hi,

I was wondering if somebody might be able to help me.

I am trying to bring across some fields in mail merge and all have been going well until I have come across a small block of fields that are displaying strangely.

Instead of just bringing over Flat 12 it is showing as
Flat 12
in the word doc

    Grateful of any help!

    Thanks

Is the source field a RTF field? Didn't think
was recognized by Access rtf. Review https://support.office.com/en-us/art...ID=HA010014097
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
