Changing access form to use different database

I migrated data via SSMA from an access database over to a sql server database. There is a front-end form that has already been created in Access. Does anyone have an idea on how I could use the pre-existing form to access the tables now in sql server? I appreciate any input.

    Thanks!

Link the tables in the SQL Server database to your Access application front-end. Make the linked table name the same as the original table name. Then your form should open as before.
