    Improving data collection

I host 60 events a year with 40 schools registering to participate at each and then entering the names of their young mathematicians the week before the event. At the moment each location has a web response form for the registration and one for the names (www.dcbeagle.com). I then cut and paste the information onto EXCEL spreadsheets. A tedious task.

How easy is it to set up a database which will be more efficinet? Or, is it possible using ACCESS?

    Any guidance will be appreciated.

copy and paste not needed. A simple import query will pull all the data in 1 step.
