Importing multiple worksheets and tables in the same specific way.

I know that you can import worksheets one by one when you import excel files. But I want to now how I can import multiple worksheets from one or more tables at the same time and in a specific way.

So in this case, the fist row is always the name and the first column (species names) is the primary key. The reason I ask this is because I have tables that have over 5 worksheets and it is quite tedious to import one by one.

In these cases, I prefer to use named ranges for each table I want to import. Then, you an import by named range.
If you set up Import Specifications, it can save you some work. If it is something you do repetitively, if you used the same named ranges each time, you can set up a Macro or VBA to import all the files at once.
