Auto - Create a Task based on a Date

Hi All- Hopefully someone cleverer than me can help here. I have created an Access Web App with some tables and I need the Tasks table data to be populate when a date is entered in another table.

Example - Races Table - when I enter the race date I need Tasks to be automatically generated.

The following Tasks are calculated using the race date.

    Back-End-Setup/mail - Race date minus 30 days
Good Luck Email - Race date minus 4 days
    Invoice/Commission - Race date plus 14 days
iTaB Data (+3) - Race date plus 3 days
Marketing - Race date minus 60 days
Medal Chase/Ribbon Hanger -Race date minus 14 days
Check Reg -Race date plus 14 days

Attached is a screen shot showing the Tasks that get created. At the moment I generate these in excel and then cut & paste then into access in datasheet view - not efficient when there are 20 or so to do.

I'm not good with macros etc so you appreciate some "spoon" feeding - willing to learn
