Look at the properties of the combobox. They are both on there but I forget which tab so I'd look on them all

The properties are listed on the Format Tab of the properties sheet.

    Maple,
I can not answer that directly. You are talking generally about a Transport company. But your detail is about a combobox.
All I'm trying to say is readers don't know your business and the information involved.
In most transport systems you would have tables such as:

    Customer
    Order
    Cargo
    Delivery
    Invoice
    Carrier

So when you ask about combo and form, there is not really any business context. I wonder what your underlying database structure is. Others may understand exactly what you are asking, and can respond, but your set up is not clear to me.

I very appreciate that some one interested to help me.
I made quickly draw of my idea.
basicly there is 1) user select (without password) 2) overiew screen 3) details form about deal, where i also enter the deal and save it (which have 4 buttons, see the attachment)
    4) incoming invoices form to enter and create reminder.

Idea of database is (also deliver and loading coompany will be in one table, so one form will contain 2 different infos from 1 table)

    I am okay with database.
I have form where i can succesfuly add customer, add carrier, for address is also ok!
Question is, if i make form, when i enter missing info and select this previously added info, how to make that, other parts are saved to other tables (cargo info to cargo table) and also SAVE ORDER button to copy all info to OrderTable where ID's will be stored?
