In the attached file I assumed a few minutes ago that the db was complete, Then I thought of a situation that could easily arise. Let me explain.
An employee could be invited to more than one meeting. It is not like a office Christmas Party where there is only one party and it occurs on one date.
There can be many meeting even more than one on a single date. So having a single checkbox for meeting invite sent is wrong. Each employee
can get more than one meeting invitation based on meeting date; it is quite easy to think of a situation where that can happen.
So in the Personnel Table and in the frmEmail, I must add a date identification to each.
I would like to do it without too much modification of the current db. Of course, some things must be modified.
Within those confines how can I modify frmEmail and Personnel Table to reflect meeting invite sent, but to a specific
meeting.
I would not worry about two meetings on the same data and at the same time; each meeting has a unique Meeting_ID that can help there.
I would just like to add these with existing forms and tables. No major overhauls!
