Need Help Building Project/Employee Management DB for work.

    Hey Guys,
I was given a small window to try and produce a DB that would show allocation of Employee resources on one or several projects over a span of time. The Data I was given was in MS Project (that I don't know much about) so I was trying to edit existing templates I found in Access to enter data and then see if the report(s) would work for my need. Not sure if anyone can help me but it would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Steve

you will be rebuilding the wheel if you already have ms Project.
Project does everything for you. Youd spend weeks building an app from scratch trying to emulate ms Project.

I agree with ranman256 that you are undertaking a huge project that is basically duplicating what MS Project already does very well.

Is there some reason Project can't be used to get what you need?
