    You could try. I don't know how much you can do without any VBA code. You will probably need to learn to use the keyboard shortcut keys, like F9.

    Yes, you could, but you would have to recursively call the same queries over and over again in a macro but honestly I wouldn't even want to attempt it without code, code is so much more efficient at these kind of jobs and the only reason to pursue the use of macros and queries is if you are using a sharepoint site or a web interface as your front end (which do not allow vba)
