Report Printing Extra Sheet, Not a Margin Problem, No Empty Fields Beyond Page

I am printing labels with a specific label printer. Everything was working great this morning, but as I was working on it, the page size happened to change and now it prints an extra page on everything.



I've tried re-setting printer options, customizing margins, double, triple and quadruple checking that the report was small enough to fit on the label (even though the same size was working just an hour ago). I even tried taking everything off of the report and shrinking the size to minuscule and still it produced an empty second page.

Sometimes there is a pop-up warning saying that there will be a blank page, but of course now I can't produce it to get the exact wording.

The change came about as I was copying the reports and making small changes in the copied reports (adding a simple text box).

This has not happened on all reports, but all that use the label printer.

Check all settings in the report, ESP margins.
in control panel,printer settings, check these settings too.
