Question How to make a form fill itself when you change a specific textbox

i am a bit new to access , what i want is that when i change the value( ie : address ) everything else in the form switch to the value in the table corresponding to the row that the changed value is at and then all the other values can be edited ( or added in if the field is blank)

    can you clarify?
I change the house address# , then what happens to the city, state, zip?

the answer would be an update query, but im unclear on what to change.

it would change the other field in the same column of the table to be shown in the form instead of the previous ones
    like
    adress phone name comments

123 false street 22222222 john smith blank
321 false street 44444444 robert jones 8 am

so if in the form it show :123 false street 22222222 john smith blank
and i change the street to :321 false street
all the other field switch to 44444444 robert jones 8 am automatically but i can still edit them if i want ( like changing the comment or the phone number )
