Why do all my access 2010 tables show the same schema?

Since I've done quite a few revisions to the first database I've worked on; I decided to got through and check the table relationships to see which ones I can delete.

I've noticed that all the tables show the same schema, showing the same four tables (see picture below). I'm curious as to why this happens?

What you are showing here is the relationships of how the tables relate to one another. It is an independent function and has nothing to do with anything else you are doing at the time. It is there for you to set up links between tables, referential integrity and - basically - relationships. Add all the tables to this and set up your table design this way.
