    Microsoft Access 2007 conversion

I am using a database in Microsoft Access 2007. I need to transfer this database to Microsoft Access 2016. How do I go about doing this so that I can use and add people into Microsoft Access 2016?

assuming you have .accde then providing Access 2016 is the same 'bit' as 2007, it should just run subject to having the right libraries and 2007 is not using anything that has been deprecated (most of which happened in 2013).

If you have .accdb then it will just be what has been deprecated that may need to be changed.
