Need to show units that haven't been sold yet

    Hello,

I am tracking units by their serial number, their buying price, selling price (B2B company) etc. I have this query:

Name:	qry_S-C.png
Views:	11
Size:	32.5 KB
ID:	27557

Problem with this query is that it only shows units that have been bought and sold. I can't find a solution to show all units (for example a unit which has only been bought from a supplier and is, therefore, in stock)...

In that case, the selling price would be either NULL or a zero.

Can anyone give me some advice?

    Thank you very much!

    Tomas

Use a Left Join on the Suppliers table.

And what if I wanted to show units that have been sold but not bought at the same time?

Well you lost me on that one. How can you sell it if you haven't bought it yet?

My business is very specific :-) Sometimes there is a possibility that I need to store information about a product that already is a part of a customer's order but hasn't been put into a supplier order yet.

Physically, it is not possible, of course, but database storing speaking, yes it is. How would you accomplish such a thing?

    Thanks.

Haha, you got me there. That is true. Don't judge me, I am very tired.
