Dynamic resizing when printing

Good morning

I need some help please.



I have reports that I would like to resize when printing.
For example, my report when looking at it is one page, but when printing it, it is 2 pages.

So I would like to know is there a way that this report page can dynamically resize when printing it so that the end user see one page only?

Any advice would be appreciated.

by two pages, I presume you mean two pages across.

The only way to resolve this is to make the report narrower.

Landscape A4 is 297mm wide, your margins are 6.4mm so the maximum width of your report can be is 284mm. Currently it is set to 341mm

So you need to resize columns, reduce gaps to lose 57mm

jus removing the narrow margins to the left and right will save you 2mm

Each of your date columns can be resized to save about 6mm each saving you another 30mm

you can also reduce font sizes to make each control narrower
