It's easier to make a 'report' table. ( if you don't know vba)
this table is the Crosstab results with every possible outcome.
then make a macro, in it is a crosstab query for a single column result and appends it to the report tbl.
Once all the queries are made, you run the macro. Columns that don't exist get ignored.

finally, the last query will sum all columns in the report tbl to produce the results.

seems to me you have asked the same question multiple times here

    https://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=64477

    and here

    https://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=64478

Your question is vague so difficult to provide a relevant response. Suggest you clarify exactly what it is you are trying to do, and when someone responds, acknowledge the response with reasons why it is not what you are looking for - or that it is if that is the case

ok noted. my problem is, i created the crosstab results but once the week get over the the query returns the new result, but the header is with the old query output header- not updating to the new selected output for the week.

What exactly are you trying to do -in plain simple English?
What led you to a crosstab query solution?

As noted by ajax, you have a few posts on the same subject.
When you are dealing with the same issue, it is better to keep it all in one post.
Readers have a chance to review your activity to date, as well as any responses.
