"Action Failed" what am I missing when adapting a simple embedded macro from the Contacts template?

I'm adapting the Contacts template: A datasheet form in the template contains a neat macro that opens the corresponding record a "Contacts Detail" form via an embedded macro.

I've copied and adapted that macro to open a corresponding 'Company' record in a "Companies Details" form via an embedded macro.

But while the macros in the Contacts Details and Contacts List forms work flawlessly, I get an error message (The object 'Companies Details' isn't open.") after I close the Companies Details form.

Then, I get an "Action Failed" box and error number 2950.

The adapted code for the embedded macro is:

Am I just missing an "off" switch to end the macro after the "Companies Details" form pops up? TIA!

Oops! Sorry for the premature posting! I found my error in the SearchForRecord action: I was referring to the wrong form.
