Display List of Items Instead of Single Item

    Hi all,

I have a master detail form built with the form wizard. The master form contains 4 fields : Province_id,Distrect_id,School_id and School_desc.
The first 3 fields comprise the primary key of the table or record source of the form. These fields are the master fields linked to fields by the same name in the detail form.

Currently, when I attempt to edit information related to a given school in the detail form, I use the navigation buttons in the master form to find that school and perform the editing. I am looking for a way to change the layout of the master form so that it will display the school names in a combo box from which I can choose the school I want to work with.

What is the easiest way to achieve this?

    Thank you.

If the form is based on a table, try the combo box wizard, choosing the third option, "Find a record...".
