Generate Separate Pages Based On Grouped Field

Hello! I am doing a report where the customer would like to generate 52 unpaid invoices on 52 separate pages. The report is mostly developed. I am attempting to separate the pages by OrderID. I have a header section for OrderID, and have attempted to toggle the Force New Page characteristic, but no luck.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I have the report grouped like I want. However, it is duplicating with a blank page for each record in Print Preview mode. Any suggestions on how to remove the duplication? I tried SELECT DISTINCT rather than SELECT in the report query, but no luck.

For me at least, the invoice images are too muddled to equate with what you're saying. Looks like maybe a repeated header of some type but with no data. Check your query to see if the results produce duplicate header info but no other data. If it does, you can try DISTINCT ROW (as opposed to DISTINCT) or play with any table joins you might have in the query. If there is nothing wrong with the query, it must be a report design problem.

I don't fully understand the "Force Page Break" feature, which could be the source of the problem. Because I have Force Page Break after the OrderID grouped header, and before the Details, I think it is duplicating because there are both OrderID (header level) and Details (line level) in the source report query. I'll chalk this one up to an Access unsolved mystery.

I played around with the "Force New page" property in a group header and the details section.

You need the "Force New page" property in the details section set to "After Section" so you get a new page after each record in the details section.
But it appears you cannot also have a group header in the report.
You need a way to get the data from the group header into the page header or the details section. (I would try moving the group header to the details section)
