Only import unique records

Hi All,

Basically, I just wanted to know if this is possible and if it is how could it be done.



The scenario.

1. I import an excel file (see First Import from the image below)
2. Later on, I did another import but based on my example only 1 record did change and that is
record id #2 where category has changed.

What I wanted to do is not overwrite everything only record #2 so that the final result would
be like the "Result in Access" portion of the screenshot.
