    Subform field values

I have a subform that has fields that the data type is number. I have made the default value zero for the fields but i still have to go to each field and type a zero to get reports or calculations for the fields to recognize a value. If I don't then any calculation will not work.

Use the Nz function in your calculation code where you reference those fields.

    Look at post #2.

    Nz (me.Field1)

Will return 0 if null or the value in Field1. Use this in your calculation instead of just the field name.
