    Updating Multiple Records

    Dear all,

I have a table where I need to update multiple fields, which are quite repetitive. I have created a form in Split Form view, but I have to repeat each entry with the same data. Is there anyway I can make the repetitive data entry more efficient, for example...to have the same data in a subform, then I click to enter each field.

Any advice would be much appreciated.Click image for larger version.

using a subform is one way to go, the other is to use an update query.

Main (single) form would be based on your Order header table,

(datasheet or continuous/multiple item) subform on the order line table
