    Query Help Crosstab?

    HI,

    I have a Query with 3 columns
    ID---Week No---Activity

Is there a way to display this information in grid form with Week No as column headings, ID as row Headings and activity as the content.
Activity would be walk, run, cycle, drive fly
ID would be jack, jill, joe, arthur, frank, molly
Week no would be wk1, wk2, wk3 etc.

    Many thanks

providing more than one activity does not occur for the same ID and week, use First rather than Sum in the value column. If they do, you will probably need to use the concat related function - google concatrelated to find the function

Not clear if you need to convert a date to a week number - is so investigate using the datepart function
